Chris has over three decades of executive leadership experience in the healthcare and medical technology sectors and served on Laborie’s Board of Directors for two years before becoming President & CEO in 2025. Prior to joining Laborie, Chris served as CEO of NeoGenomics Laboratories, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and Cochlear Limited, where he led transformative growth and innovation. He has also held several board positions across both private and public companies. He has a proven record of leading global, customer-focused teams to drive growth, improve margins, and execute strategic priorities and is passionate about building a culture rooted in patient/customer centricity and high performance.

Paul joined Laborie in 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience spanning finance, operations, and commercial leadership. He has held successive senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, before being appointed President, International and Innovation in 2026, where he leads global expansion and drives the advancement of Laborie’s future product pipeline both organically and externally. Prior to joining Laborie, Paul was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Orthopedic Products at Cardinal Health. At Smith & Nephew, he held senior leadership roles including CFO of the Endoscopy division, a $0.9B business, and SVP of Strategic Initiatives where he led global operations, IT, commercial, and strategic initiatives, including enterprise transformations and multiple acquisitions, divestments and integrations. Paul graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in finance and is a chartered accountant.

Jennifer joined Laborie in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain functions including customer service and technical support. Prior to Laborie, she served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and ESG at Integer Holdings Corporation, as well as President of their Electrochem and Portable Medical businesses. She spent 12 years at General Motors/Delphi Corporation and has more than 30 years of experience leading operations, supply chain, and engineering teams. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Bill joined Laborie in 2026, bringing more than two decades of experience guiding companies through growth, transformation, and complex operational challenges. Prior to Laborie, Bill served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, where he led financial strategy and helped strengthen the company’s global financial infrastructure. He also spent several years at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, holding multiple senior leadership positions. Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Babson College and his MBA from Northeastern University.

Irma Lockridge joined Laborie in 2026 as Chief People Officer. Prior to Laborie, she served as Chief People and Systems Officer at CoorsTek, where she led people strategy across a large global workforce and partnered with leaders to strengthen culture, talent, and organizational effectiveness. Her background also includes senior HR leadership roles at Newell Rubbermaid, Western Union, TeleTech, Liberty Mutual, and Accenture, where she supported diverse global functions and led teams through integrations, capability building, and operational evolution. Irma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

George joined Laborie in 2020 as General Counsel, leading the company’s global legal strategy and overseeing all legal, compliance, governance, and risk‑management activities. He was named Chief Legal & Compliance Officer in 2025. Prior to Laborie, George held senior-level legal roles at Smith & Nephew. George has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology) and a juris doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Nicole joined Laborie in 2018 through the acquisition of Cogentix Medical where she served as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Within her first year at Laborie, she was promoted to a VP level and now serves as the Executive VP of Quality and Regulatory, overseeing global quality systems, and all regulatory and clinical affairs efforts to ensure compliance with international standards. Nicole has over 25 years of experience leading quality and regulatory in various capacities and industries ranging from contract laboratories to consumer goods to medical devices. She has bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Minnesota.

Alexandra joined Laborie in 2017 and serves as Vice President and General Manager, EMEA & Latin America. She leads strategy and overall business performance with full P&L ownership, driving commercial growth and market expansion across diverse, highly regulated healthcare markets. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, Compliance & Administration, advising executive leadership on governance, risk, and business optimization across EMEA, APAC, and Latin America, leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Maynooth University, National University of Ireland, and an Executive Global MBA from the University of Vienna and the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

Rob joined Laborie in 2025 as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Urology business unit. He spent most of his medical device career at C.R. Bard, Inc., where he held multiple roles over 24 years, including global leadership of the urology business. After the acquisition of Bard by Becton Dickinson (BD), Rob took on enterprise-level leadership roles across BD’s 10 global business units. Rob has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Kansas State University and an MBA from Emory University.

Nikki joined Laborie in 2020 through the acquisition of Clinical Innovations. She serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Maternal and Child Health business unit, helping drive the company’s global obstetrics strategy and expand its footprint in women’s and neonatal health. She has played a pivotal role in multiple acquisitions and portfolio investments. With over 20 years of experience in women’s health, Nikki is known for building mission centric teams that deliver sustainable growth. Serving as an industry mentor, board member, and speaker, she continues to impart her passion for advancing healthcare outcomes globally.

Rhett joined Laborie in 2022 through the acquisition of GI Supply and serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Gastroenterology business unit. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development and sales training. Prior to joining Laborie, Rhett held various leadership roles at Medtronic including sales management and commercial excellence. Rhett has bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio) and a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder.
